Rutgers Arm Wrestles for #CompetitionWednesday

Chris Ash, like MENSA founder Tom Herman before him, lifted Urban Meyer's entire blueprint when he left Ohio State's championship nest and headed to Rutgers.

At the core of Meyer's philosophy is competition, which Meyer breeds in his players by making them compete in everything. Competition is now a staple of the Rutgers football program.

In the video above, Rutgers footballers can be seen squaring off against each other in maybe the most ancient form of competition we know: Arm wrestling.

The Big Ten East is officially on notice.
