Well, here's something everybody on this board saw coming: Tom Herman's Houston is looking powerful.
The Coogs are 5-0 after a second-half dismantling of Southern Methodist in a rematch of 2014 Orange Bowl offensive coordinators.
A lot of Power 5 schools — some even like USC? — could be looking for a new coach in a couple of months. They could all do worse than Tom Herman. Would Herman bail on the #HTownTakeover after one year? That remains to be seen.
Somebody would look smart to hire him, though.
