Marijuana reform is spreading across the country, but it is still illegal within the NCAA and the state of Mississippi. So, it's always baffling when something like this comes across the ol' Twitter timeline:

Let's assume this is Ole Miss defensive end, and former No. 1 overall recruit, Robert Nkemdiche and not a large, muscle-bound man with an insane likeness to Ole Miss defensive end, and former No. 1 overall recruit, Robert Nkemdiche. This raises a lot of questions:
- How high do you have to be to not notice somebody taking a picture of you ripping a bong?
- How high do you have to be to think taking a picture of a man, who presumably could rip your skull from your spinal cord, committing a petty crime?
- How high do you have to be to Snapchat it?
It should be noted, however, @VolunteerLane is an obvious Tennessee fan, and Tennessee is set to travel to Oxford this Saturday for a date with the No. 3 team in the land. Take it for what it's worth.
This pic doesn't look photoshopped, so the only question remaining (other than the three laid out above) is if this actually Ole Miss defensive end Robert Nkemdiche, and not a man with an insane likness to Ole Miss defensive end, Robert Nkemdiche.
