Yeah, you guys are totally cool. Let's upvote FLBuckeye for chanting B-1-G even though we hate it when SEC people do it or not. Satirical or not, you guys are a bunch of hypocrites. Sour, old, puckered-asshole hypocrites. I would be too if my wife was 300 pounds and wouldn't have sex with me until the Buckeyes win another MNC because she knows more about college sports that I do. You guys have it rough. Suck it.

Why does it seem the BIG is dripping with talented basketball coaches but lacking with football coaches? Are there just more good coaches to go around in basketball? Is it because the BIG is just loaded with talent these past few years? Or is it because -gulp!- The Big Ten is content to be known as a basketball conference?

No, it's because the B1G is in prime basketball recruiting country. And yeah, the coaches are also pretty damn good. But Indiana, Ohio, Illinois, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina (even though Duke and UNC pretty much have a monopoly there), Missouri and Kentucky are all in our palm. The basketball recruiting demographics are the exact opposite of footballl- you don't need warm weather to practice and indoor sport year round, and Bballl just happens to be more popular in the north than in the south. I mean, you don't hear Texans talking about their high school basketball all too often, now do you? And the west is relatively obsolete when it comes to recruiting either sport, with the exceptions of California, Arizona and Colorado, and those three states are pretty even when it comes to football and basketball talent. Indiana currently has a commitment from the best Colorado basketball player in the class of 2015, so there's that.
