I've increasingly become mind bogged by how Bowl representatives are allowed by the NCAA to give out expensive gifts (especially major bowls) but, friends and family of the college player can cause the team issues for doing the same thing.
Belt buckles are awesome. That is usually the prize for completing 100-mile trail races.
Good find 11W. So now my question is that if they trade them for money is that a NCAA violation.

My guess is that it would be. They better not sell a watch because they already have several. That would be HORRIBLE!
