I agree, but it's more about who you beat than who you lose to. Penn State handed NW their only loss of the year so far and as for Michigan... they really haven't beaten anyone (unless you want to count Purdon't and Air Force). I do think Penn State will fall back to where they should be this weekend when they play the Fighting Kirk Ferentz's.

Ya it's kinda ass backwards but I'm kinda glad we can't see the post season. It would be worse to be over ranked then get our asses handed to us in a bowl.
Penn State would not be ranked in the top 25 of the BCS. Their computer rankings are 39, 36, 34, 40, 43 and 39. So if you used their AP poll percentage like this article did for the buckeyes (they have 1 point out of 1500) their BSC percentage would be 0.0004
Just keep winning and it will all sort itself out. I know no BCS this year, but we need to set ourselves up for next. I'm also a little happy we won't have the opportunity to get exposed in a bowl game we have no business being in.

Without the sanctions, tOSU and Penn State would probably be the two teams from the Big 10 in the BCS standings.

OSU is a no brainer. PSU - no way they are ahead of Michigan. Two losses to Ohio and @Virginia aren't even comparable to away losses to Bama and ND.
Those who stay will be CHAMPIONS!

I said 8th when they announced the rankings last night.
And I'm glad we're not ranked up there with SEC bloodbath still to come, and our defense not performing well...

Wherever you are, there you be!
Except that Penn St. has 2 losses already, and will receive their third at the hands of the Buckeyes very soon.
Penn St. >Non-factor
Without the sanctions they still have Redd, and others. I don't think they lose those two games if they had Redd.

Without sanctions, they MAY still have Paterno. His gameplans sucked.
I dunno, man. "Don't shit your pants" is a pretty great game plan.
Taquitos.
They had gameplans?

I doubt it. I mean, he did die, what, two months after he was fired?
I'm not saying they'd be top 10 like tOSU, but 15-25 sounds about right.

Not before the B1G Coach of the Year beats them before us.
