I'll copy my tweet from earlier:

Actually, they've always been on the jerseys.  They were just covered up by Joe Paterno.

^^I literally LOL'd at that.
I like it.  It's a new era at Penn State.  They will also wear ribbons for Sandusky's victims.  At least somebody over there gets it.

Class of 2010.

Whoop-de-doo! Names on the back of the jerseys? Big effing deal.

This is interesting. Penn State folks always trumpeted the fact that they didn't put their names on the back of their jersey because the it was all about the team and not the individual.
I recall a t-shirt they were selling in Happy Valley where they were dissing Terrelle Pryor after OSU's loss in the Shoe in October of 2008 (where Pryor made multiple costly errors) and his decision to play at OSU and to shun his home state Nittany Lions. The caption on the shirt said this:

Now the casual fan flipping through the channels will know the names of the players getting their asses handed to them.  sorry, i couldn't help it.

Dustin Fox was our leading tackler as a corner.... because his guy always caught the ball.
