Not fair, Ramzy: you know that Mr. Jackson had been suffering from occupational harassment prior to making that mistake. It was his boss's fault.

Maybe Kasich should have appointed co-Board members to fill that seat - Stanley Jackson and Joe Germaine. Rotating between the two would spur competition and enable Coach Kasich to make adjustments depending on the political match-ups.
