This isn't exactly original. These type of "quick cals" were taught to me in grade school by our coaches and we performed a variation of them all the way through high school. It is a pretty traditional pre-game activity.
In my opinion the entire intro was incredibly lame. 2 extremely white rappers, jump roping and a nerdy guy singing about Gordon Gee. 7 Nation Army was kind of welcome at that point.
