I mostly agree. I do think that there are teams who out perform because they have good leadership and chemistry. I mean in basketball, it's not likely Butler makes it to 2 title games without it because talent wise, they certainly weren't on par with the Buckeyes or Kentucky. At the same time, there were many Miami and Florida State teams that were loaded with ego and there's no way they had great team work or chemistry but they were just so good you couldn't beat them.
I personally don't care if the team gets along or not, as long as they win games on Saturdays.
