funny how similar the 2 were (same state, same look, same hype).  I  believe Wells was from the Jacksonville area though.  The most amazing thing when comparing the 2, to me, is that Wells had a more productive OSU career.

Lydell Ross was had glimpses of being very good as a freshman and sophomore.  His junior and senior years went downhill.  The backfield combo of Maurice Hall and Lydell Ross in 2004 was the least inspiring I can recall in my 27 year remembrance of watching  Buckeye football.
