It should probably read more like this though:

"I thinks I needs to contact the Mr. Jeff at the FSOhio about most cordially assisting me with some moneys I needs to bring into the United States from Nigeria. I'll most assured to pay him quitely handsome for its if he to gives me some personal informations first."
