Think if we get Stoops, Brewster, Fickell and Meyer. Thats 4 coaches with HC experience. That'd have to be an advantage, I would think.

I have a feeling Urban won't have any problem making sure everyone knows their place and who is indeed the boss.

Agreed. Unless he was too serious about letting others do their jobs and ends up not managing at all, but that hardly worries me.

He's a good TE coach, and an amazing recruiter.

I understand, but I'm not willing to cut John Peterson loose to bring in Brewster.

I would trade brewster for peterson any day. His recruiting is better by far its not even close he landed vince young at texas and was such a good recruiter he got the job in minny. Not so good as a head coach but an excellent TE coach he was credited for devolping antonio gates with the chargers

I understand your points, but still disagree. To me Brewster is all bullshit; he comes into Minny with "gonna do this and gonna do that" and utterly fails.

Awesome. Good recruiter and knows a little offense. Probably not cut out to be a head coach, but there are lots of great coaches like that.

Does anyone else notice an obvious theme in all of these people rumoured to be coming to Urban's staff? Great recruitor, excellent recruitor, very good recruitor, etc....
