I think Kevin Wilson was a little thin skinned, but I can't blame him for being annoyed listening to those fake radio voices making fun of his program while he was on hold.

Watch Kevin Wilson change that program around and then make these dummies eat their words. Agree that he was a little thin skinned but at the same time, it is going to take someone like him who isn't messing around to turn that ship around.

They (radio dweebs) were correct in pointing out that Indiana is pretty lousy at football. Hell, I am having trouble remembering when they were good in basketball! But to get all upset that the new coach took offense to their making fun of his current job is more proof that the media types love a good ass kisser. To predict that he won't make it as a coach just because he got angry during an interview is abusrd.

To err is human. Really sucking requires having yellow stripes on your helmet.

It's this kinda stuff that goes a long way to get your team fired up. Good move on his part. I think this guy seems to be a smart coach, making lots of the right moves so far. Yet to play a down...so we'll see.

I initially thought Wilson might have jumped the gun on this a little bit, though I completely understood his reasoning and under the same circumstances, I might have done the same thing. He's clearly a prideful guy and he wants his team to be infused with that same sense of pride. But the five-minute rant that ensued afterward was absolutely ridiculous. The crap about talking to important Big Ten people and telling Ron Zook to run up the score on the Hoosiers was utterly ridiculous, what broadcaster says something like that that? Disgraceful.

Speaking of. I know he was guest hosting a week for espn cleveland & heard one of the regs there say openly that he wanted to make it a permanent thing. Not sure that his contract allows for it but at the least, he will be with Espin away from anything I listen to!

As for those two goofballs trying to spin things their way, even in a video release after ... don't think it worked. Their FB fan page became so goofy last night, Trudeau's wife started joining in on the fun to anyone saying something negative. Appears they cleared anything negative off of it though by this morning.
