I bet if Jim Bollman looks in the mirror he could find the answer to why the numbers are so low.  Is there anyways we can get John Cooper out on the recruiting trail?

I think having Coop out there recruiting for us would be an outstanding idea.  The man can recruit and he isn't too old to get his rear out there and help out.

No wonder we're losing out on these guys, Bollman can't form a coherent sentence. (Or, to be fair, the O-Zone could just be seriously chopping up the quotes, but...)
