Hmmm...I'm not digging Matt Hinton's insinuation that this was somehow only pointed out in case the Buckeyes lose in the Sugar Bowl. The fact that Arkansas is one of the worst offenders is coincidental. The O-Zone's breakdown points out a widespread trend in the SEC and outlines a sleazy practice on the part of the offending programs. The NCAA should be investigating this practice of oversigning.
Tough for the NCAA to investigate because they are all on 1 year scholarships.
That said, if they dumb out it is one thing, but if the kid is a good student but not good enough to play football and they don't renew his scholarship, that is wrong and probably not in the spirit of the scholarship program. Then again, it is life as usual in the eSECpn.
