I'll go in order of the current polls.  Biggest games I see are bolded and asterisks = if they qualify.

1.  Alabama (Dynamited Rocky Top  45-10)

Alabama has tests vs LSU and Auburn, with @ Auburn circled.  Minus CH St a couple of these games could be the one that takes them down.  But again the redundant question of does a one loss 'Bama make it to the MNCG over an undefeated?

  • BYE
  • vs. #11 LSU (7-2)
  • @ Mississippi State (4-3)
  • vs Chattanooga St (6-2)
  • @ #8 Auburn (7-1)
  • SEC Championship Game*

2. Oregon (UCLA couldn't find the locker room door after the half, Oregon outscored them 28 pts -0 in the second half.)

Oregon has a tough schedule on paper with the huge match up on Thursday.

  • BYE
  • @ Stanford (7-1) 9 PM THURSDAY - WWL
  • vs Utah (4-4 beat Stanford)
  • @ Arizona (5-2)
  • vs Oregon State (6-2)
  • PAC 12 Championship Game*

3. Florida State

Tough to see Florida State lose any of these. Need Winston to have that underclassman game. @ Florida is the big game remaining.  Is the ACC stronger than the B1G?  How will the remaining schedule affect SOS?

  • vs Miami (7-0)
  • @ Wake Forest (4-4)
  • vs Syracuse (3-4)
  • vs Idaho (1-6)
  • @ Florida (4-4)
  • ACC CCG*

4. THE OHIO STATE UNIVERSITY

  • @ Purdue (1-6)
  • BYE
  • @ Illinois (3-4)
  • Indiana (3-4)
  • @ TTUN (6-1)
  • B1G CCG*

5. Baylor (Beat the fighting Weiss's 59-14)

How much better than the B1G is the Big 12?

  • BYE
  • vs Oklahoma (7-1) THURSDAY NIGHT GAME 7:30 Fox Sports 1
  • vs Texas Tech (7-1)
  • @ Oklahoma State (6-1)
  • @ TCU (3-5)
  • vs Texas (5-2)

FSU plays undefeated Miami this weekend.. you forgot to add that and could have a rematch with them in the ACC Champ. game.

And they can't play Clemson in the ACCcg... they're in the same division.

This Thursday night (Treats, damn it) and Saturday could be the weekend OSU fans are looking for.

Thanks for putting this up, Toad.

Oregon-Standford, next Thurs (10/7), not this (Halloween).  And yes, we need to pull for Stanford.  Doesn't pain me like rooting for Florida.

Sorry Hove, my omission is your free Thursday night...  Bengals are on.

If Auburn wins out they go to the SEC Championship game and lose to South Carolina. Maybe Rich Rod can help out his Buckeye friends and beat Oregon. LS-WHO has lost last two to Alabama (1 game was NC) but won last one in Tuscaloosa and 5 of there. Florida beating FSU may be the difference between playing a Bowl in a nice warm local or a Liberty Bowl.

I may not be able to outsmart too many people, but I can outwork 'em.

I'm going to the LSU @ Bama game and will be secretly rooting for the Tigers to win.  Got invited by a customer who has Bama season tickets so I can't openly root for them to lose.  Either way, I'm expecting it to be a good game as LSU has something to prove.

Embrace it.

Hopefully the team we play in the B1G championship game is ranked 15th or higher to help. everybody on these schedules are our friends at this point.

I like football

I have nothing to substantiate this other than a gut feeling, but for some reason I think the beavers take it to the ducks this year.

So, I think what yer saying then is that we should all be Beaver and 'Cock fans for the rest of the season!

Yes we definitely should.  That would be a great bowl matchup.  I don't even care about the game.  It would just be a good matchup names-wise.  I would bet on USC tho.

Ours is easily the hardest.  Purdue>Stanford

Oregon has the toughest and fsu has the easiest imo.

One of the nice things for us that I see is that we likely won't have a rematch like Oregon and Florida State in our championship game.  Despite beating both Oregon and Miami handily, rematches rarely go well for the team that won the first game.
