Snowmen Doing O-H-I-O? Snowmen Doing O-H-I-O

By DJ Byrnes on December 23, 2013 at 11:46a

Building snowmen is a winter pasttime, but it appears somebody out there — and we're not entirely sure whom — has taken it to the next level. This appeared on 2017 quarterback Danny Clark's Twitter account yesterday:

Cryptic, indeed. Buckeye Nation is certainly everywhere, though.

Props to whomever crafted these majestic beasts. It certainly took more time than rolling three balls of snow and stacking them on top of each other.

"Clark the prototype", huh? Ballsy for a high school freshman.

His dad gave him that nickname when he was in pee wee football. His dad has been training him his whole life to be a QB. Kind of reminds me of that old USC QB, Todd Marinovich (I think that's his name)

Good old todd marijuanavich...I mean marinovich. Lets hope that our version doesnt become a burnt out train wreck like marinovich. I really don't care for hearing that comparison. Although if I remember correctly, marinovich resented his dad after a certain point and couldnt stand the hype around him. And basically self desructed. Hopefully danny clarks dad isn't like weed mans dad, and gives his son leeway in life and not a complete robot who eventually resents the process and sport altogether.

There's a 30 for 30 on Marinovich. Definitely worth checking out

If by 'worth checking out' you mean it is terrifying and a blueprint for how not to raise your kids (and treat your wife), then I agree.

A man got to have a code...

That really was a good one, I think from Todd's viewpoint it was being free finally that was more the problem than resenting his dad.

I watched it, and was surprised to see that the "Marinovich Project" was as much a product of the son as it was the father. Todd was into it.
I recommend watching it!

I think Marinovich's dad even looked for a "prototype" woman to marry and selected a very athletic wife on purpose to procreate the perfect little QB. That guy sure had a plan. A scary bad plan. Let's hope we don't hear of any NFL QB's selling their, you know what, on the open market....
