Wake Forest led a majority of the game, but couldn't close it down late. Duke Johnson put the Hurricanes on his back, logging 30 carries for 168 yards and two touchdowns. Look for this gutsy, come-from-behind home win to impress the voters.

Miami is a hot pile of poo, they just don't know it yet.

And all 12 fans rushed the field...

I saw some complaints in the early games thread about Miami being overrated, but they're ranked 7th out of the 10 undefeated teams, so I don't think anyone is being fooled by them especially.

What a week for The U.
Big wins over the NCAA, a powerhouse Demon Deacon program and the voters.

So when michigan was unbeaten and playing like crap they received no love in the polls and the media called them out as a fraud. wonder if miami will get he same treatment/ doubt it though

They're going to hype up FSU vs Miami like crazy next week. If Miami somehow wins that game I bet they jump Ohio State in the polls. Wouldn't it be hilarious/tragic if The U went undefeated right after their 2 year mess.

Gameday will be there......

That game will probably be really boring, like a 30-40 pt win for FSU. Miami's very fortunate they don't have a few losses already. It's only a matter of time.

Miami better drop in the rankings after squeaking out this win
