Paul Pasqualoni is Out at UConn

By DJ Byrnes on September 30, 2013 at 11:13a
Paul Pasqualoni: High as hell.

A week after nearly knocking off Michigan, UCONN was dumped by mighty Buffalo, 42-14. These are not the standards of UCONN football apparently, so Len Pasqualoni became the second coach to be fired mid-season after USC whacked Lane Kiffin before he even got off the bus after the loss to ASU.

Before you feel too bard for Pasqualoni, it's being reported he is receiving a $750,000 severence package, which is a good reminder you're probably in the wrong profession.

An angry fan...rooting for an angry team...led by angry coaches

Wonder how many recruits he could steal from USC?

By the transitive property...Uconn damn near beat tsun, tOSU handled Buffalo...just kidding, the transitive property doesn't exist in sports.

The transitive property isn't perfect, but that's an interesting point I noticed as well.  At least it make our not demolishing Buffalo more palatable.

That seems like a pretty raw deal.  What does UCONN expect?  I don't think anyone had high expectations coming into the season.

Resemblence is quite remarkable.

Nothing like dancing on the field in 02...

UConn football has expectations?  I thought it was just something for their fans to do until basketball season.

Class of 2010.

One bad pick from beating UM to the unemployment line. That buyout cushions the blow a little...

A man got to have a code...

I clicked on this hoping that picture would be prominently displayed.

I hope schadenfreude is thriving in AA.

He'll catch on somewhere. Never seen a profession where you can perform so poorly and keep finding high paying work. He'll hire Jim Bollman as OC and Greg Robinson as DC.
