This is beautiful. I could watch all day. I'm glad the raiders fan felt the need to embarrass himself by saying how F****** hardcore he is.

Buster Hymen.  He's good between the sheets . . . I've heard.
Love it!

These things always make me cringe. Jimmy Kimmel had a pretty funny video making fun of hipsters at Coachella, making up fake band names and these people were eating it up
Video link is below:

You can feed a bobcat all the chili it wants. That don't mean it's going to crap out diamonds.

I couldn't make it past the first 50 embarrassed for these people..its one things to not know...its another to act like you do!! Freakin douches

Your faith will be restored if you can make it to the last guy.

Its nothing compared to hearing Emmit Smith AND Mike Lupica say Montee BELL twice today talking about the draft on the Mike Lupica radio show. Come on Emmit really!?!! You get payed now to know about top RB's names buddy.

I absolutely LOVE things like this. This is right there with Lie Witness News as others have stated. If you like people acting like they know what is going on when it's all a lie check out all the videos, they are worth the time.

so many jets fans
it's very odd how people go along and lie, keep making up crap instead of straight up saying "nah never heard of em"

I like football

How hard is it to just admit that you don't know WTH somebody is talking about? If they can lie that easily about something like this I couldn't trust them with anything else they said. I also expect people that are talking to me about a subject to be more knowledgeable than I and assume that they know more than I do. With this stance, I am very honest when I know or don't know about a subject matter. I'd feel like such a fool if I were any of these guys.

I suspect that the video producers interview 50 people and then just cut out the 30-40 who look confusedly at the camera and admit, "I don't know who the f--- you're talking about."
Not to sound superior or anything, but I also suspect that people with a certain amount of life experiences, education, etc. are less likely to foolishly pretend that they know something that they don't know. The more we learn in life, the more we realize how very little we really know.

Whereas Kyle Kalis makes idle threats, Buster Hymen produces real results.

Again, it must be asked.

Is this the real life?

Is this just fantasy?

nope, not doing it again. That was a once a time thing.

Caught in a landslide, no escape from reality...

How about the (mock) Emmitt Smith mock draft:
Contains stuff like:

When I tell everybody I markin Geno Smith in my mark draft to the Chief, he always laughin at me and sayin, "Emmitt, you do know the Chief sign Alex Smith in the free agent?"
Off course I know the Chief sign Alex Smith - I was not borned yesterday, or even last month or last year. Alex Smith and Geno Smith need to be on same ball club because they half-brother, half-cousin. We all saw what happen in the Super Bowl. John and Jim Harbaughs was on the same ball club coachin' and they won Super Bowl together. So maybe Alex Smith and Geno Smith can copy what the Raven have doned.
Now, you may ask me, "Emmitt, why you think Geno and Alex half-brother, half-cousin when one guy from country of Africa America and one guy from country of Europe America?" Well, first of all, I read this on the Wikipedius. And second, I... uhh... forget. And last but not last, like the great Martin the Lutheran King once say, I do not judge man base on color of their skin, but by color of their character. Geno and Alex Smiths has same color on the insides but not the outsides.

People have a hard enough time saying "I don't know", let alone with a camera and microphone in their face.

This reminds me of the questionnaire posted in Harlem by Howard Stern, not the political aspect of it but the ignorance is similar.

Late night talk shows do their fair share of this, but Buster Hymen, really?
As I listened to talk radio today, I had never heard of half the prospects expected to go in the first round.  Maybe I should care more.

Did you ever consider going to the draft though? Watching the various fanbase contingents literally have no reaction to their team's picks, I have to wonder why exactly they showed up? Media exposure, perhaps.
I was in my living room celebrating as soon as the first syllable out of Roger's mouth for the Browns' pick wasn't "Ge-"

I've watched this 10 times today. I think my favorite is "I don't really know Mike Hawk that well." If anyone knows he should.

ohiowhitesnake's picture

I think Mike Hawk goes late first round. He's been doing push ups for weeks leading up to the draft

I finally got a set of Gold Pants!

The thing all these "prospects" have in common with Denard Robinson are they will see the same amount of meaningful games played in the NFL

Is Mike Hawk related to AJ Hawk?

This is embarrassing. It's no coincidence that the most intelligent sounding guy is the only one who caught on.

TheHumbleBuckeye's picture

It's funny because my friends - who mostly follow the NFL - consider me their "draft expert" since I watch college religiously and only follow the NFL casually. Especially after last year, when I correctly predicted that Russell Wilson would be the Seahawks starter regardless of how much they were paying Matt Flynn, Doug Martin would have more rushing yards than Trent Richardson, and Whitney Mercilus would have more sacks than Dont'a Hightower.
Their responses were "Russel who? Doug who? Whitney who?"
To be fair, I did come up short on a few of my bolder predictions: 1. That Russell Wilson would win the Offensive ROY (I knew RG III would be great, but I had no idea he would be so great so soon. I just figured Wilson was more mature, a more polished pocket passer, and had a better o-line and receivers). 2. Bobby Wagner would lead all rookies in tackles (he finished 2nd... Keuchly was the real deal). and 3. Casey Hayward would have more tackles than Morris Claiborne (Hayward did have more passes defended - 27 to 9 - and INTs - 6 to 1 -, but fewer tackles than Claiborne). Still not bad I guess.

I have a facebook "friend" who is a pretty die hard Steeler's fan and was celebrating the selection of their "offensive linebacker" last night...

You need to unfriend this person.  Immediately.
