Ready to do it all over again? While yesterday's games largely failed to deliver on the excitement, Marquette's winner was nice and Harvard saved the best for last, upsetting New Mexico to make Ohio State's path a little easier.
Duke gets things started today against Albany. It shouldn't be a close game, but Lehigh and all. Wisconsin's pace and defense facing Marshall Henderson should be a real treat and the NC State-Temple game should be close. Miami closes the first group against Pacific and that 13-point line looks too small.

I hope the Badgers and Ole Miss game ends up a tie, then Bo Ryan and Marshall Henderson can have a contest to see which can be a bigger ASS to decide the game...

The premise: Henderson gets in trouble for writing checks his ass can't cash. Instead of sending him to jail, the authorities sentence him to a three month "scared straight" program, under the supervision of Bo Ryan.
At the end of the movie, Henderson learns from Bo that his 0.350 shooting percentage is nothing to clown about, while Bo learns to lighten up and put a little swerve in his step.

So, there's like a 10 second delay between the live games (and CBS telecasts) and the ncaa.com live streams. I don't know if that's a technical or a legal thing (perhaps, once CBS broadcasts the event, it becomes the property of the NCAA, who can then rebroadcast the same content 10 seconds later?).
Anyway, it creates a problem when the real-time scoreboard above the video stream is updated following a made basket, etc., before the video streams, thus ruining the suspense.
Yesterday, I was waiting for the last two seconds of the St. Mary's v. Memphis game, with St. Mary's down two points with a chance to tie or when the game on an upcoming in-bounds play, when I looked up at the scoreboard and it gave the final score.
I noticed that too, but they were posting "Final" under the score and still updating the score as the game continued on the stream. It's like they were calling games done when they weren't actually done. They did it with a couple of the early blow outs too.

I'm sure he'll continue to grow and improve, but his 2-10 shooting performance today (thus far) has not been pretty. But to be fair, 15-59 (25%) as a team is embarrassing.

I agree. Wisc has uncharacteristically turned it over 3 times already and is shooting 1-4 on threes (which were all wide open) and yet Wisc is up 4-2. Ole Miss takes bad shots and is sloppy on defense. Not going to get it done against Wisc. I don't care if Ole Miss has a little better athleticism.

I got Wisconsin, Duke, Miami, and NC State in the 4 games. But I only was correct 9/16 times yesterday. Luckily, I only lost one Sweet 16 team, in New Mexico, who just so happened to be in my Final Four as well.
I picked Duke to lose in 2nd round to Creighton. Not sure why but I haven't been impressed by them much this season, even with the return of Ryan Kelly.
I think it is my lack of any sort of confidence in poing guard Quinn Cook.
