Q is basically coming to age before our eyes. The last few games has been a noticeable difference in his confidence and overall game play. It has been real fun to watch and I can't wait to see it progress

I cheer loudly when Lenzelle scores because I never expect the ball to actually go in. Even when we was on fire a week ago and went 6 for 6 from the floor.
He has one or two great games a year - that 6 for 6 game was probably it for the yr. He should change his name to Lenzelle "the brick" Smith Jr.

Watching IU gives you a glimpse of howndangerousnyoubarevwhen the 5 on the floor can score any time from anywhere. Scoring is a demand for them, and D is a given. Scoring is a luxury for us, with D as a must and a focus.

Indiana's three best players (Zeller,Olidipo,Watford) are currently 22/32. Killed us.

Indiana is the clear cut fave to win the Nat C - at least from what I have seen and certainly if they can keep this up for the next 6 weeks. Oh well - we will still have a decent Big 10 season at 12-6. Win a game or two in the Big Ten tourney and then it all depends on seeding - sweet 16 is about it - MAYBE final 8 if we can catch lightning in a bottle and play like we did against scUM!
Next yr is going to be tough to watch - we simply aren't very good. Matta needs to get some fresh kids cause unless Thompson, Scott and Williams have incredible offseasons then winning 20 next yr may actually be quite challenging. Who is going to score????? And we will have to live w/ another season of Lenzele wasting a D1 scholly.....frightening.....
I wish we could go back to when the Amish and scUM sucked at football and IU sucked at hoops - things were so much more tolerable then.....
