Every year.
Their top team has been great each year. The rest the conference? Meh.
But if alabama loses then SEC overrated is easily the case.
They get credit because the top teams play each other tough each year. Other than that, they're crap IMO and no different than any other conference.
SEC is just way overrated. They have all those Top-10 teams because so many of them start the season ranked in or near the Top-10 and then only play each other. Plus with the 14-yeam conference, less of those matchups happen, so you get a bunch of teams with inflated records. I think the Big 10 is still a mediocre conference this year regardless.
