There has been a Buckeye flag in pretty much every Gameday shot, nice to see.
What a fantastic idea ! How incredible would it be to see an extra 10,000 Buckeye fans decked out in their OSU gear at the game cheering on Indiana. It would've been unprecedented to say the least.

NW just ran all over Michigan with the spread running game in their first drive. I actually hope Denard plays against us. Gardner throws a better ball, and Denard is guaranteed a pick or two.

Gardner is probably the best high school player I have seen in person, with that being said he has a lot of tools and can make pretty much any throw. All denard can do is run, I don't believe he will start another game at Michigan.

Agreed. I couldn't stomach going into work a week from Monday if Biff pulls the victory next Saturday. The delusional Badger fans would never shut up. They still believe that they would have beaten Alabama with Russell Wilson last year.
Considering we've already faced the "best" D in the BIG, Wisky isn't doing anything defensively (and offensively) that should concern us. We're the much better team. If we show up and play our game, we'll be coming home 11-0.
Well they have next to us the best run defense in the conference plus they are shutting down a spread team in Indiana that basically nobody has totally shut down. They have some good linebackers, it will be about our defense shutting down Montee Ball. I don't expect Braxton to have a career game though.
Marcus Hartman said it best on Twitter: Indiana has done more to stop themselves today (not a surprise) than Wisconsin. We faced the "vaunted" Le'veon Bell when our D was much greener. Wisconsin was much better last season, and we were obviously much worse. It won't be easy, but I see next weekend playing out much like the PSU game (eg our athleticism just dominating what is in reality a decent BIG team).
As long as we stop that Wisconsin running game we will be fine, if we don't I think we could be in trouble. The only thing I necessarily worry about is how many points our offense can score on them as this is probably the best defense that have had during the bielema years.
Don't get me wrong: I'm still nervous as hell for next week (I'm nervous for any game in Camp Randall, but this one even more so due to the implications). The script is always the same with Wisconsin as you mentioned above: stop their running game. Our D will be bolstered by Sabino coming back, and there's no real standout on their O-line compared to year's past. Big Hank, Simon, Williams, et al must be licking their chops at the thought of going up against a QB like Phillips. We'll bring it.
Oh we should win absolutely, I just find myself getting nervous when everybody expects a win against a quality opponent on the road. Like you said though I am grasping at straws we will probably win.
And I'm comforted by the fact that our D is built to stop the downhill run. There is not enough QB consistency in that gaggle from Camp Randall to threaten us seriously to the outside, where a hungry Bradley Roby will be lurking.
On O, I think it's going to be a different issue. This Wisconsin D is disciplined and will fight to take away the zone read early. Let's hope our recievers can step it up a notch next week--we should be able to take a page out of Nebraska's book to shut down the Badge.

I'm being as objective as I can, but the Michigan band is so freaking annoying.
They are the most annoying, with the asymmetrical uniforms and the baseball hats and the microphones and using lyres on game day. They are tied for the most annoying with the people who rank "CRASH...CRASH, CRASH, CRASH, CRASH, CRASH, CRASH" as one of the best fight songs in the country intead of a song used to teach half notes to middle schoolers.
Clearly I struggle with objectivity as well. Growing up in the Cooper era means I have an instant, visceral conditioned response to that marching band. I doubt this would displease them.

I think Beilema ran the score up in an attempt to show the Badgers beat IU worse than OSU did. I'm sorry, unless the defense reverts back to the way it played vs. the Hoosiers I dont believe Wisconsin is 6 TDs better than the Buckeyes. No way.
