What's the rule if a QB is trying to throw a backward screen pass outside, his arm starts out moving forward on an arc, and he fumbles before his arm makes it back past parallel, and the ball is fumbled backward from where the QB threw it?

I have family in Salt Lake. Utah is an awesome place to live.
Zion National Park in Southwest Utah is a place worth visiting. Arches and Bryce Canyon are too. Lots of wide-open spaces, colorful rock formations, and outdoor recreation opportunities, if you're into that sort of thing.
Zion and Bryce are beautiful places. Definitely recommend a trip to anyone who has not been there.

I was REALLY hoping USC would lose last night. I stayed up and watched the whole game (I'm paying for it today) hoping the Utes would pull off an upset. I can't stand Lane Kiffin...that douche pic above is perfect. I would voted twice but we're not allowed to.
