so glad my AFN choices consisted of News, Golf and WWE NXT wrestling today. NXT ended, and they put on the WVU game, which is cool, but no Game Day. Golf is okay, but NXT? Richie Steamboat? wow.

I can never get my SEC friends to understand that a game like WVU versus Baylor is literally 6,543,324,543 times more exciting and fun than 9-6.
Don't know about anyone else but I want PSU to lose every game right or wrong. Not due to the players on that team or the coaches there now. They (PSU) deserve to have nothing to root for. Especially after just hearing personal tragic stories dating back as far as 1980 of Sandusky basically being part of a major trafficing ring of kids for sex. It sickens me to the point that they should spend the next few years reflecting on the devastation brought upon all those poor abused kids right there in front of their eyes. Don't tell me whose fault it isn't, it is a sick mess and PSU was used to further it. Cannot stand to look at their team, uniforms, hear their name, anything. Disgusting.
I agree. I already didn't like Penn State to begin with, but I'm rooting against them in every game.
I couldn't watch Illinois anymore and switched to the Baylor / WVU game - a much better watch!

This was the only game I was looking forward to on the noon slate. Definitely entertaining so far.

I'm watching the UCF v. Mizz game. UCF is up 10-7 with about 7 minutes to go in the 2Q.
Except for an 80 TD catch by Green-Beckham, UCF has held the ball almost the entire half. UCF has rushed for over 100 yards, running straight at Mizz.
It's 85 degrees in Orlando and Mizz played UGA, Ariz State, and at South Carolina the previous three weeks.
Wouldn't be surprised if Mizz folds up like a cheap lawn chair in the 2H of this game.
Meanwhile, UCF is better in the trenches than people give them credit for being.
10-7 at the half. Should have been 13-7 but Bortles took dumb sack with 11 seconds left in half with no timeouts. O'Leary called out his QB on his way into the lockerroom - OUCH!
Otherwise, UCF outrushing Mizz 113 to -5. UCF winning first downs 21-6 and time of possession 21:59 to 8:01. Which one is the CUSA team?!?
Think UCF is a good team. Don't know how strong Mizzou is but it makes our win prettier for sure if they hold on.
I guess our "underwhelming" win against them looks slightly better if they beat an ESSS EEE SEEE team today eh?
Kain Colter has 90 yards...recieving... and two rushing touchdowns. Fitz is a good coach, definitely figuring out how to use his athletes in the best ways to help his team.
At this point the WVU-Baylor game has become run away from the guy with the ball.

This West Virginia offense is just amazing, I do not know how anybody but Geno Smith wins the Heisman.
WV offense - unstoppable. Geno Smith for Heisman - Braxton can win it next year.

Color me unimpressed by WVU's offense. Baylor's defense is about as swiss cheese as it gets (ULM's dude shredded it) and WVU is just another typical Air Raid system team. I'd like to seem them cope with a defense that has the players and coaching to lock down their receivers and force them to run it. Geno isn't a mobile threat and IDK if they're tough enough in the trenches to beat a true "big-boy" team (Aka Bama, LSU, OSU in our dreams).

I have to disagree with you here, yeah Baylor doesn't have any defense but all of his throws are just perfect. Just to prove my point Geno Smith threw for 463 last year against lsu. Granted he did throw two picks but he was still fairly dominant.
