The DOJ Letter That Started it All

Via the Cleveland Plain Dealer, here's the letter from the Department of Justice that kicked off this whole saga. In it, the DOJ discloses details of their case against tattoo parlor owner Edward Rife, including items seized while executing a search warrant on May 1, 2010.

Current player names have been redacted, but former Buckeyes "DJ Downing" and Chris Vance are mentioned.
