Walking Wounded Update Ahead of the Indiana Game
With Boom nursing a bad ankle, Tressel estimated him to be at about 85% and Saine will get the start against the Hoosiers. Saine has looked good the last two weeks, and it will be interesting to see how he responds to a heavier workload. Of course, this also means more (and earlier, presumably) touches for well dressed Jordan Hall.
On the other side of the ball, linebacker Ross Homan is expected to play despite suffering what Tressel called a “minor concussion” against the Illini.
Finally, Orhian Johnson will be getting some nickel love in Bloomington.

We have a few guys out with the flu and so forth.
Jordan Hall really knows how to wear a 70’s suit and so forth…..
Quite a few ppl will be happy with Saine getting the start and so forth………..
I am. Nothing against Boom. It plays hard and is a good kid…..but he’ll never be a Home Run hitter. Zoom can do that.
Long run against UM last year. If he continues to improve his cut backs he will be a great back by the time his senior year rolls around.
I scored a fifty yard TD on some 3rd graders once also.
Seriously, UM’s Defense was the worst Division 1 Defense we faced last year, anything accomplished against them does not count.
I have been to every game this year except the Navy game. Boom cannot make someone miss to extend the play, Zoom does this time and time again. He is a much more explosive running back. Last year Boom was a much tougher runner and I agreed that he should be starting…… but Zoom has gotten over that and decided to become a tough runner also, and he is much more effective at it because he is 25 lbs heavier.
I like saine too but boom brings it and he’ll get better. From the sound of it they better enjoy the playing time because Rod is the real deal.
To the direct above, what a crock. The only time Boom ‘brings it’ is if there is 5 yards of open space around him which plenty of backs can do. He got a reality check watching Saine rack up 60+ yards in one series this past weekend and only then started getting some yards.
As far as Rod being the real deal. We’ll see. I’ll gauge their team off this week coupled with our matchup.
If Jordan Hall is 5′10 than i must be 7 foot by that math…
dude that kid is 5′5 tops
I’ve heard 6-7 guys had the flu. Anybody have any names?
Urban Meyer will have a statement for you…..Monday.
him and timmy tebow are finally gettin hitched?!
Commitment Ceremony
It was just a promise right guys, nothing has been finalized.
We are waiting to see if my little Timmy gets drafted or not…
he’ll be a tight end int he NFL but…. I can’t say it, too easy.
Not after we consimate our relationship he WONT!!!!

Wow….just WOW
Don’t take the zombie threat lightly.
HAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAH. I gained new (ok only) respect for UF. Not their fans though, screw their fans.
I bet a zombie could call the power o play 20 times a game.
Is that for real?!?! LOL
F them, I lost it. They took down the PDF. It HAS to be out there somewhere.
Coach Tressel told his players that once something is out there in the twitterverse, its out there for good!

Scariest Zombie movie?
IMO, The original…the classic….Night of the Living Dead. You can’t beat the opening scene in the graveyard.
Untouchable.
Oh, man. I have never agreed with you more in my life. The original Night of the Living Dead is one of my top 5 favorite movies of all time. That opening scene is crazy. “they’re coming for you, barbara”!
Like I said…….untouchable.
The zombie movies today are too flashy and action filled. Everyone has a gun or some giant school bus tank to drive through the zombies. Then they always throw in irrelevent humor to the story. Humor has no place in a horror film.
Night of the Living Dead — People turn into zombies from radiation and a group of mostly unarmed people fight them off from inside a farm house.
Great ending, too. Dude thinks he’s survived the whole thing only to be gunned down by folks thinking he’s a zombie.
Worst thing ever would be fast zombies.
