So Dave, from the filthy Michigan blog Maize n Brew, talked me into hosting a preseason podcast series and below you'll find a link to the 2nd episode1 featuring ESPN super-blogger Adam Rittenberg and Mike Hubbell of Black Shoe Diaries.
In this edition, we try to determine when Rittenberg sleeps and gently prod Mike with questions about Joe Pa's job status. He loves those. We also confirm that my voice is not what you'd call a radio voice.
1 Where's the first episode, you ask? Unfortunately, the internet ate the tape, which is a real shame because Doctor Saturday was on to school me for believing Fitzgerald could build something resembling a perennial contender in Evanston.

Don't worry about the voice. Here in Columbia, MO, we have a former Mizzou kicker (turned PE teacher) they like to feature on the local sports station even though he has a voice for newspaper.
Ha. I might even have stone tablet voice, though. Dave and his sneaky Michigan education trickin me inta doin things outta ma comfort zone.
the voice is fine. maybe you were trying to manage expectations here, but i was expecting some horribly weak, feminine sounding voice....but it was just a typical dude's voice.
