i love baseball and can understand how people can enjoy tennis and golf, but i don’t really understand how anyone could ever be a fanatic about any of them. but then again i’m a reds fan, and my coal black heart is unmoved by passion or desire

I hate the MLS, but I do love some international soccer. Mostly because the rest of the world cares about it so damn much. There were Spaniards contemplating suicide last week.

seriously, there’s one half left. i know 90% of you don’t care about soccer, but the beauty of this is that if the US holds on to win you get to say you watched the most important win in US soccer history, and if they lose you get to not have to give a crap ever again. it’s win-win
