The Big Ten ultimately got a lot of respect. MSU as a two-seed is pretty strong. But the Big East is on another level. It will be enormously difficult to beat a team like Louisville. They're the overall-proven best team in the best conference, coached by a walking-legend. It's a long shot, but that's why they play the game.
I'll be picking the Buckeyes over Siena, though. If anyone other than Thad Matta was coaching, I might be tempted to put Siena over OSU. I think Thad is good for at least one victory.
Louisville does not impress me. They beat Syracuse because they where dead-legged. Shock the World!!!

I think the big east is over rated. When has one league ever got 3 number one seeds? Minnesota beat Louisville earlier in the year. Ohio State beat a top 10 Notre dame team. How do you figure the big ten got a fair shake? And thank god we have Matta or Siena would beat Ohio State? Do you watch much basketball?

I am absolutely not a fair weather fan...ESPECIALLY when it comes to the buckeyes. How dare you insult a fellow buckeye. I'll have you know I haven't missed a home football game since Michigan 2004. I've lived in Columbus my entire life, learned to read by reading the Sports section of the Columbus Dispatch, could recite the Buckeye Battle Cry and Across the Field before I could put together a complete sentence, know more random trivia about Ohio State than anyone should know, and when I get bored I watch the '02 National Championship DVDs, and lots more. How dare you. I expect us to win every single game we ever play. I said we would beat Michigan State because it's hard to beat a team 3 times in one year - and we did. At some point you have to be semi-realistic though. Louisville is the overall #1 seed. They just beat the crap out of the Big East in the regular season AND then again in the tournament. BUT, if we play them I'll expect us to win...and I'll be wearing my jersey and yelling the entire game while we try to.
