Spring fever anyone?
Hopefully none of you are suffering from sunburn because the recent growth of the Buckeye hoopsters might inspire some out-of-your-seat high-fives to buddies, significant others, pets or anything else in the general vicinity for the next two hours.
Some good ol’-fashioned Big Ten-Eee speed going down in Storrs. I’m telling you, UCONN would be lucky to finish 8th in the Big Ten. The Midwest is just too fast.

I know this happened in the first half, but I just want to say that Evan Turner is one hell of an athlete. The block and then recovering to knock the ball out of bounds off the shooter was jaw dropping. Incredible play.
That play was a thing of beauty. Rucker-style.
Are there statistics kept on conversions after turnovers? My perception is that these guys sometimes have a problem taking advantage of those opportunities.
Why does JJ keep calling BJ Mullens, BJ Mullen? I think Turner’s new name should be Evan Turnover.
He’s always been fond of giving the ball away, but tonight, he’s a little more sloppy than he usually is. The four-point play just now did not help.

Sigh. That’s twice Minny has gotten an offensive rebound off a foul shot. Inexcusable to not box that guy out.
Good win. Don’t look now, but the Buckeyes are the #2 team in the RPI’s 2nd-best conference.
Yeah, and I think they’re really playing well right now. They have some lapses here and there, but their shooting percentage is really helping them out.
Does anybody else think the guys are playing a little over their heads right now? I’m definitely not complaining, I love that happening over a team not playing up to their potential. I’m just a little concerned their shooting percentage will drop off and they may come down out of the clouds somewhat.
