No way, the meatchickens win more than 4 games next year. And the year after that… unlikely they win more than 5 or 6.

On top of that suckitude… they will continue to lose to OHIO STATE!

Um, yes? Scouts don’t care about the W-L record of your team when evaluating your talent, unless you’re a particularly bad QB who was responsible for most of those losses.

You’re saying LiC doesn’t fit the system? I disagree. Any type QB works in Tressel’s system because the QB doesn’t do the heavy lifting in Tressel’s system; it’s all on the offensive line and running backs.

Yes, nice living in the past Truth, but let’s introduce a variable–the introduction of the forward pass, among other ‘modern’ football inventions.

If you deduct UM’s 13-0-2 advantage in the first 15 games of the series, the Wolverines have just a 44-41-4 edge.

And, over the last 50 years, Ohio State now owns a 25-23-2 edge.

Everyone wants to talk bad about the OSU vs.U of M game this year and its really getting on my nerves. As a diehard Buckeye fan all i really have to say is suck it up. When college football 1st started Michigan was the cream of the crop destroying everyone or atleast winning 90% of there games every year. Then came the small school from just 4 hours south of Ann Arbor the Buckeyes. Ohio State took some ass beatings along the way and some years managed to beat Michigan. Then comes the Coaches Woody and Bo. They in my eyes made this game the way it is now (a battle)year in and year out. Now Michigan fans say oh wait 3 years then come see us. I really dont care if its next year or even Sat. Nov 22nd 2008 our OSU team will walk into the SHOE or the BIG HOUSE and put a size 12 shoe (pryor size i think) up ur asses. If you beat us 4 or 5 years from now oh well. We can be 0-11 coming into the Michigan game and when we beat you, in my mind the OSU season is a success. Enough of me ranting about it im out. GO BUCKS!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry if this was rehashed earlier, but I’ve never seen anything like the civil war that is going on between Michigan fans. Pro Dick Rod and Anti Dick Rod and Pro They-Suck and Anti They-Suck and the epic flame wars that make us all look like best friends in comparison to how vehemently they attack one another.

Let’s pray we never fall as far as they have. Oh, but how the mighty have fallen. In years past Michigan fans would have scoffed that the rivalry meant anything much more than just another game where Michigan would dominate an inferior opponent.; after all, they owned Cooper, etc. Even when we were dominated by Michigan, we never made any pretense that the rivalry didn’t matter; and even when we now dominate them, we still collectively get up for every Michigan game, regardless of our current streak against them.

Many Michigan fans mock our argument that Rich-Rod doesn’t “get” the rivalry. I’d argue that many michigan fans–not all fans, maybe not even a majority, but many–many michigan fans don’t grasp the import of the rivalry at all.

On the receiving end of 6 of the last 7, 4 in a row, about to be 5 in a row; I’d say that subset of Michigan fans is beginning to learn.

My prediction was 34-21, with Michigan getting a worthless TD in the waning seconds. I still think that’ll happen…BUT I HOPE OSU BEATS THEM 75-0!!!!!!!!!!!
