Jacobson aside, what's up with our boy's neck? It's like he swallowed a tree trunk, or has thyroid cancer or something. It looks unnatural.

If you're thinking “roids roids roids roids roidsâ€, don't. Clearly not the case. Roids also cause jaw muscles to enlarge, giving the "big-head" appearance. Not the case here. But, Damn! that's a big neck.
