But considering that he works for ESPN, yet has consistently shown OSU respect, he at least deserves our respect. He is the opposite of May, who will go out of his way to dis the Bucks.

Mark May picked Drew Tate to win the Heisman and Iowa to win the national championship in 2006. I shit you not. This is a curse. Both of Beanie's legs will be broken against the boys from Youngstown, and it may or may not have anything to do with the Youngstown mafia.
What Buckeye support? I like how May's already slid in the qualifiers so that even if Beanie wins the Heisman he dosn't deserve to win it because of the "weak schedule"
I am a Lou Holtz fan. I really don't understand what everyone has against the man. A ND homer? Sure. But a fan of the game to the extent that he knows it as a GAME, and not life or death? More than anyone else at ESPN. Look, Holtz might be old. He might say some bizarre things like University of Ohio State or Michigan University, and HD might not be good to his face. But he's a Hall-of-Fame coach, which gives him more resume points than Kirk, Lee, May, Davis, Schlabach, Schad, and Forde combined.
He's been around forever. He's a proven winner on the field, and a proven speaker off the field. For the love of God, football fans, please give Holtz a break. We should be so lucky to have a guy that knows as much as he does about the GAME, and who doesn't treat it like some sort of drama-filled reality show like some broadcasters.
I luv me some Beanie... but from recent history.. Eddie George,
Troy Smith, Tim Tebow, and Reggie Bush---- they all lost their bowl games and most of these games had national title implications. I would rather win the national championship and give Beanie the game MVP award and the first pick in the NFL draft..
Ha ha, Lou Holtz Swallows... Bennie is the man, but I am suprised you were able to understand what Holtz was saying t get his prediction. Perhaps you had closed captioning on.

Anytime these two are involved, it's definitely a curse.
Mark May is such a hater
Holtz is sometimes off in lalaland.

I just had to wipe my computer screen off. Holtsssccchchz got spittle all over it.
Oh well, at least he's smart enough to pick Beanie to take home the hardware.
2nd. Mark May is the anti-christ. I am kind of confused by his early buckeye support. I think he's up to something. Something BIG!

I have a lot of respect for Lou Holtz as a coach and agree with him that Beanie will win the Heisman, but his predictions normally mean nothing.
This morning on SportsCenter Lou said Notre Dame would go 11-1..???
Beanie Wells, Javon Ringer, PJ Hill, Rashard Mendenhall
I wonder why there weren't a lot of "highly ranked" run defenses on the schedule last year.
