Poe,
I know I posted on BC. I just like to get as many different Buckeye fans' opinions/reactions as possible.

Beanie or no Beanie, I think I know about 60 other guys that will be ready for USC. We don't replace at tOSU, we reload. Yes, I would rather have this year's shoe-in Heisman winner running the football, but if I have to settle for next year's winner, I'll make do.

Bobby,

No offense, but you are just copying and pasting your 'end of the world' scenario on every Buckeye site?

Here's to hoping Beanie is OK. Maybe Terrelle Pryor will be used like Florida used Tim Tebow...Whatever that means.

I've said this on other websites and I'll say it again because I think I'm right, I've seen it happen in many other places and it bears repeating:

First, let me say that I hope to heck that Beanie is back for the USC game, but

Second, I think the OSU offense and coaches have relied too much on Beanie. The OSU offense has too many weapons to possibly use them all. And with Pryor on board, I think without Beanie it will force the OSU coaches to open up the game and possibly play Terrelle a little more than previously thought.

With Beanie, Ohio State is a traditional run on first and second down, and throw on third down.

Without Beanie, Ohio State must throw on first, I believe, and use the passing game to open up the running game for Saine, Herron and Mo Wells.

There could be a silver lining to this cloud. Ohio State is deep and we need to use all of our weapons on offense.

And USC won't know whether to prepare for Ohio State with or without Beanie. Very tricky.

With the potential loss of Beanie, I'm officially a bit terrified for the SC game. Boom, Mo, and Saine certainly won't strike fear into the hearts of the SC defense. What's more, our receivers had somewhat of a tough time gaining separation against YSU! The SC secondary is arguably the biggest and most physical secondary in the country. They'll play man and stack the line and bring pressure, forcing us to pass. Boecks will panic because plays won't go exactly as planned. This could be LSU all over again.
