I think he’d be well-advised to save the scholarship. They’ll be thin up front, for sure, but I’d bank it. There isn’t much out there that can a) help you much, and b) you’d want to soak up a scholarship for two or three years.

Good for John, he deserves it, too bad for Thad. I hope Thad gets to keep the clipboard. I don’t think this will alter the team any, I’m sure there is a young assistant ready to step in.

I’m more disappointed Johnson isn’t coming here, Thad needs the front court depth. I wonder if Matta will sit on that last scholarship.
