You've read every article published in the past 24 hours. You've parsed every quote from the player, his coaches, family and paper boy. All that remains is a confirmation of your hunch. That will come* soon enough (noon ET - 10TV.com to be precise).
Michigan bloggers don't seem to like their chances:
I haven't seen anyone say anything other than Pryor to OSU; usually these words are accompanied by other words claiming that anyone else would "shock," "cause widespread devastation," or "bring about seven plagues, the likes of which have been heretofore unseen by man."
So, yeah, don't get your hopes up.
I know Pryor claimed he was down to two schools, but there is no way he doesn't pick OSU. I would be beyond stunned if his choice was anything different.
Are we tempting fate by assuming it's a done deal? Any chance the Wolverines pull one off?
* All signs are screaming "YES!!", but there's no such thing as a sure thing in the mind of a teenager. That likes attention. And that sort of stuff.

i can't wait to hear the michigan fans start whining. they have been the most active talking about how he will be so great at michigan. and pretty much declared him a craze and poo. it will be classic. i already sent a box of tampons to an arbor. i hope they have fun with a middle school quarterback next season. and ncaa probation in the next few years when dick rod runs the program right down the crapper. LOVE IT!!!!!!!!
I'm not counting on anything until he signs the papers. This whole affair has been an up and down rollercoaster the likes of which I've never seen. I hope he becomes a Buckeye, but fingers crossed for now.
Yeah Adamcrase!! USA!! USA!! USA!!
an OSU insider has the coaching staff already breathing a sigh of relief, and the LOI signed and faxed. If you're apt to believe insiders, it's a done deal.
Is this going to be a day in our lives when we remember where we were and what we were doing when TP committed to OSU?
Wait. Who's Terrelle Pryor?
Got to love the scUM fans who once heralded Pryor as the savior of the program who are now just trashing him because they think he is coming here.
I think we need to hold off on this being a defining moment in our lives, this kid has yet to play a down of college football. I know everyone has crowned him the next great athlete and his accomplishments thus far are historical, but he still has a ton to prove, with a ton of pressure.
I hope he signs here and yes CL, I hope one day the memory of where I was when he signed with OSU has meaning, but I think we may be a little premature.
I think you're right about him going to THE OSU, but looking at all his options, this really is a hard decision. OSU is no doubt going to have the best O-line in the country, if not this year, certainly next year. So he'll not only have the holes to run through, he will have time to wait in the pocket and make the throws he WANTS to make. But, he has a history with RichRod, and WV was only 65 miles from his hometown. And with that spread option offense he could be running wild like Vince did at UT. Not to mention his cousin would be one of his receivers. I'm excited about the announcement, this decision will shake up the Big Ten.
longest hour and a half of the year, by far.
Diggity dag, y'all! Dat boy comin' to Columbus... playin' da football wit us!!! We gunna win it all next year! He gunna be runnin' and passin' da ball down da field all day!!
he would be the type of kid who would let one thing leak out intentionally and then pick the opposite so it creates more attention
Yeah, I stopped being surprised by anything relating to this recruit a while ago. Wouldn't be shocked at all if he ends the presser with a M on his noggin.
It's kind of like tests in high school. Whenever I got too confident about how I did, I ended up doing poorly. Whenever there was some doubt, I was usually pleasantly surprised.
Gut still saying UM. With or without him they are locked and loaded for another run.
He 'looks' to be a great player/athlete. But as Cory mentioned, he has not played a single down of college football. Does ANYONE remember Justin Zwick? One of the top-rated, if not thee top-rated, quarterback in the country coming out of high school. Tress did everything in his power to keep the starting job in his grasps, hell even Troy helped by taking booster money, but he still could not out-perform #10.
And to Oshauski, chill out on your Quagmire-enthusiasm. Pryor will have to beat out a returning senior QB to made a nat'l title appearance as well as Henton, who is supposed to be Vince Young-like as well.
Word up, yo... I just down wit da yung man! Peace out!!
Henton can't throw a 20-yard out, and is limited in other aspects of the passing game. If OSU doesn't get Pryor, quarterback becomes a heavy priority next year, and they'll need a big one - maybe two.
Ah, the string of superstars who came to OSU and faded: Corey Pargo, Jefferson Kelly, Nick Goings (transferred, to be fair), etc. If Pryor comes here, he'll have to compete and excel just like anyone else. It's tough at the next level.
My gut still says m*ch*g*n, or some other surprise choice. I don't know why.
Is anyone on here able to pull up the linked video? I think 10TV's site crashed.
G.O. Tonsils, I think you are right, 10tv's site has crashed. It is also covered on ESPNnews for anyone at home.
Yeah, someone set 10tv.com up the bomb.
Looks like 1460thefan.com is down for the count as well.
Dispatch is also down.
