I apologize for not having a true preview today, but if any of you have spent time in Vegas I hope you understand. Luckily we all made it back alive, but being well is still up for debate. The boys over at Dotting the I have picked up our slack and the Dispatch is pumped for a return to St. John's.
As always the roster and schedule for Cal. is in the preview box. I hope all of our 28 readers (we're slightly growing) will be watching the game and will have an open discussion here. Let's hope Ohio State is not rusty and the refereeing does not resemble the shotty package displayed over the past weekend. Normalcy should return after the game with Chris's recap.

I just got a text from a reliable source saying the game is sold out. I hope he's right. I haven't seen a game at St. Johns since they actually played there so I'm pretty excited. Is mid-court still the big red-filled shape of Ohio? Or did they take that out? I liked that.
Thank god I bought my ticket last night. I'm heading over now and hoping for a rowdy arena. Should be fun. GO BUCKS!
Sold out? Neat. The figure I last heard was about 11,000 tickets sold for a capacity of ~13,000. One of my friends (and coauthors) will be in attendance, and I hope he and others can put on a show and demonstrate why our men's team belongs in St. John's.

what a weird game so far. If the Buckeyes had half the offensive performance from Asheville for this game, we could probably be up 10 or more by now.

I am absolutely loving every bit of this. St. John's has become a House of Horrors for Cal.
I just got back from the game and the crowd was great. None of those licensed old men with great seats that sat on their asses because everyone had an equal chance to buy tickets, so the die hards grabbed them up. People that came tonight were absolutely amazing. I loved the game being there. Such a better atmosphere. I wish they would play a few games there a year but it won't happen because they make so much more money at VCA. The game was sold out and people were out scalping tickets. For a NIT game! Should be fun Wednesday night again.
What a game!!!.... man the Buckeyes and Matta have been more loose and relaxed than at any time this season... I think they are finally figuring out how to play like a team. Lauderdale is awesome!!! I hope we play Florida for the championship.... small consolation prize but it would be sweet!
