I watched most of the game (I flipped between this and the Flyers-Kings game) and was mildly excited about Penn State winning and posing a threat. Diebler's three-pointer in the first half surprised me so much that I nearly fell off the back of the machine. To 11W's credit, I immediately yelled out "Way to go, Arctic Jon!" No one knew what I was talking about. This team still scares me, though. Koufos' inability to provide an inside presence against a 6'5" and a 6'6" opponent is inexcusable. Lighty is completely baffling to me - at least his defense is consistent. To make a solid bid for the tournament, they really need to win the winnable road games, and might need an upset of Indiana, Wisconsin or Michigan State to lock them in - especially if Purdue continues to mature and get better.
