I have another take on the Pryor sticker incident. He played with it all game long in the proper position on the lower left. When they went to commercial, they showed him pointing to it on the top middle. Commentators finally made reference to it much later saying it was a joke by another teammate. What they don't mention is that on the next series, the sticker is back on the helmet on the lower left and remained there the rest of the game.

I have a bet with a buddy who thinks he's going to Michigan b/c of Rodriguez. Not going to happen and I'll explain why:

1) It'll take multiple seasons for Michigan to adopt Pryor's style of play. Too long for him to wait.
2) Pryor is an athlete going to the NFL. Which NFL team runs the Rodriguez offense?
3) Pryor needs to come to a school that will develop him into either a top notch NFL QB or develop him into a Chris Gamble type athlete. He has a decision to make, that's for sure.
4) If he settles on OSU, he'll have great confidence in knowing we just had an offense developed around a Heisman winner with similiar play. What's nice about that offense is that it's a mix of his style and where he needs to be to be an NFL QB.

Corey,
I agree with your take on Michigan and Pryor. He would spend a lot of time waiting around for the pieces to fall into place. I fail to see how OSU would be any differenct. There performance in tonight Championship Game was uninpsired and their offense lacks the type of creativity that Oregon offers... and that Pryor can deliver. He will get attention whereever he goes. In fact, he might just get more because a trip west would be such a great story... taking on USC year in and year out in a great and competative conference. Game Day was in Eugene twice this past season and Oregon/Dixon were at the forefront of the National football discussion. Despite Pryors antics with the media (I hope) his ultimate goal is to succeed on the field, when he plays to his ability on the big stage, they will come!
So the best you could do to criticize Oregon was to note that the coaches EX-wife had a run-in with a local reporter. Wow! At least you were willing to illude to Ohio State's very own Maurice Clarett -- now THAT is a mark on a program!

Great updates fellas (or ladies) I had the game DVR'd, but had to erase it to make room for tonight's National Title win. This is why I truly enjoy writing for 11W, because the readers give us so many updates and "head's up"

It is good to see Michael Adams dominate all week, I think Boone maybe gone and he will fit right in. Lamaar Thomas was a nice surprise too.

I will stand by my opinion that if Terrell goes to Michigan, his first two years will be wasted while RR gets his system and players into place. Then he will have an unbelievable junior year and contend for a Heisman, right before he goes to the NFL.

I like the looks of Oregon's offense, but Terrelle likes the attention and he will not get the National attention out in Eugene. Plus he may know about the coach's wife and her drinking problem/verbal abuse of local sportswriters.

I obviously hope TP becomes a Buckeye, but I hope he doesn't come to Columbus thinking he is bigger than the program, we saw what happened the last time we had a player who thought he was larger than the program.

Correction... the team was #@!$#! without Dixon. Injuries to the second and third string QBs plus poor play from the fourth string backup freshman force Oregon to eventually utilize their FIFTH string QB. The same QB that after a few weeks of prep led the Ducks to a crushing win over South Florida in our bowl game. The same SF team that was once #2 and beat West Virginia. You tell me what team could dip into their roster that deep and find any success. USC struggled only going to their second stringer this year. Dixon was great, but the future looks bright in Eugene.

Pryor is a man whore already. However, this whole teasing the fans and University Coaches is hilarious.

To the michigan fan; you guys are always deluded and have no sense of what is going to happen. RR is not going to lead the meatchickens to a national title.

He might win a Big Ten Title, but that will be a while. In fact, don't expect to win more than 9 next year.

And the oregon dude; your team is crap without Dixon playing the entire game.

Go quack at Erickson's squad in AZ. Everyone down there thinks you guys are total panty waists.

Don't rule out Oregon as a possible location for Pryor to display his talent. The coaching staff and team have mastered a very creative brand of the spread offense. IT IS A THING OF BEAUTY! Just ask Michigan... who, by the way, has lost to Oregon in their last two meetings.
Both Ohio State and Michigan have a big learning curve to catch up with what Oregon is already doing. Does Pryor want to wait? Oregon is ready and Pryor is a perfect fit!
