Nice work CL, this is the type of information I needed to hear. Chris and I will be there and will be doing our part from the 318 section (bad seating for a couple of season ticket holders). Please keep us informed of any rally cries or items we can pass along to fans.
I hope people start changing their attitudes towards watching a game at the Schott, if they do not, I am going to suggest taking the big scoreboard.

Also, isn’t time to change our introduction music?

Tonight will be the best atmosphere ever at the Schott. They changed the student seating to bring some more students to the lower bowl. Its never going to be as good as some other schools (Duke) where they put the students right on the court but it will be pretty good tonight. Sold out 4000 student tickets with 2000 in the lower bowl so should be a great environment if the Bucks stay in the game. I went to the Nuthouse meeting the other night at the Schott. Pretty organized compared to last year and Matta talked and the band was there to pump up the students. The Nuthouse student president talked about being sportsmanlike warning the students and reminding them that they could get T’d up if they were vulgar enough. Then Matta promptly took the mic and told the students that he would gladly take a T in exchange for a more intense environment. Ill be there down in front doing my best to get T’d up. haha. For all that are going, do your part! And for the people who want to sit down, shove it up your ass and get up and stop bitching and put some effort into getting excited about the game instead of complaining about the passionate buckeye fans.

Hopefully this will not be Texas A&M part II. It would be nice to battle these guys deep into the 2nd half at home. I don’t have a very good feeling about it going in, but a young, talented team could surprise us.

I agree TLB, this is part of the disappointing crowd effort that exist at the Schott. Chris and I were there 2 years ago for Michigan State and we watched this guy behind us trying to convince the usher to get the first 17 rows ahead of him to sit down. The usher shook is head and laughed at the guy, needless to say he was not happy having to stand the entire game and Chris and I heard about it the whole game.
It is too bad they sold all the PSL’s, because we need a major overhaul of the student section.
