With the upcoming schedule in the next 3 weeks, we'll have a good barometer of just where this team is headed by Christmas. If we lay down for tobacco road and gator nation again, then a 19-20 win season and 2nd round exit is on tap. Not saying we have to win both but 1 of the 2 and strong showing in both would go a long way in getting this team to where it needs to be.
We can't lay anymore eggs like we did in the garden. Totally agree with the comment on the Ayers' days. It was horrible and unwatchable after 5 minutes gone in the 2nd half.
If we play strong and show some growth on the boards. If someone steps up to the table wanting the ball other than Butler from 30 feet away, then this could be a very interesting winter for us. I don't think national championship plans can be made but if this team can just gel then another run at the top of the big 10 and 2nd weekend in the big dance is definitely in order.

It seemed like there was a lid on the rim. Nothing would fall in the second half.

It's good for a young team to get a beat down early in the season. Lets them know they're not as good as they probably think they are, and that they need to work to win.

Hopefully the Tar Heel game isn't like this game times 2.

That performance reminded me of one of Randy Ayers squads on the tail end of his career at OSU.
