If a Pac 10 team, an SEC team and a Big 10 team all go unbeaten this season (not probable, but possible), who do you think gets left out this season?

Thanks Michigan.

This goes back to what you said Saturday Harold, if Ohio State wins all of their games, they will be in the BCS title game every time. The mix up in the top ten starts this week, with a couple of big games. Perhaps Miami can pull the upset over Oklahoma and VT over LSU, then we can move into the top ten.

It may be a reflection of the conference as a whole. Doesn't matter. In D1 football, all you gotta do is win.

We drop in both polls? Is this a slap to the conference due to UM losing to AppyState? Is this a slap for playing a 1AA team in our opener? I know it is early and I don't know if we should be ranked much higher than 10 at this point but I am not afraid of VT or Georgia. It will all shake out soon enough I guess.

Michigan dropping completely out of the rankings??? That was a number 1, twice defending national champion they lost to. Granted it was in the Big House. Therefore, I dropped Michigan just a few spots, albeit also one level, in my rankings:

Football Championship Subdivision rankings:

1. Appalachian State
2. Montana
3. North Dakota State
4. Youngstown State
5. New Hampshire
6. James Madison
7. Northern Iowa
8. Michigan
9. Illinois State
10. McNeese State
