Oden Signs First Marketing Deal
Looks like unnamed agents can rest a little easier. Mike Conley Sr. has secured the first marketing deal for his biggest client and it’s a dandy. Greg Oden has signed a deal with Topps Co. (terms undisclosed) that will feature the former Buckeye on a card with Celtics legend Bill Russell, a man Oden has drawn early comparisons to. The two giants will be face of Topps’ celebration of its 50th anniversary NBA set.
Conley Sr. was able to negotiate the deal with the help of BDA Sports Management, a recently named partner of his MAC Management Group.

Looks like the deal was for 3 million over 3 years. He is officially a millionaire.

If Russell wasn’t wearing all of his rings in that picture, I would’ve thought it was a pic of Oden!

That is Oden. He just borrowed Russell’s rings for the photo op.

No, he’s way to young to be Oden.
