As I read integrity's posts, it appears to me that he is neither a Gator fan nor a Wolverine. He is obviously still a bitter Hurricane fan that can't accept the fact that the Mighty Buckeyes sent them into a tailspin to mediocrity....or perhaps it is Dan Fouts.

"integrity" sure has his panties in a bind over this...especially for not liking college football. Obviously he is the only moron if he thinks the rest of college football is squeaky clean.

Let's see... what's wrong with it...

Players attending a dinner to solicit funds to send their parents to the bowl game. Did the players attend? Yes. Did people pay to attend the dinner to see those players? Yes. Where did the money end up? Biggest question remaining... but again nut nation, you were able to sweep thug for life Clarett's shortcoming under the rug so this one should be a snap... unless they play to later have the NCAA probes find a month from now wrongdoing and the crystal revoked. Would that suck or what?
If nothing was wrong, why was one of the mothers told to tell them to leave halfway through and not take the travel money that was raised? And what did leaving early accomplish? The money was already collected. Sweatervest better think long and hard before he risks what that probe might find before he puts them on the field... and if they can get it done with a 4th string RB and backup in NFL for life QB, more power to them.
BTW - I'm an NFL fan where its legal to pay players... college game is a joke. The universities make millions every year so why not just pay the players and be done with it?
Blog away morons...

They will play. Gator/Wolverine fan is a moron. If they don't play, Roy Hall played tailback all last spring and has had some reps even this year. Oh, and by the way...Troy wasn't at the fund raiser so they are still going to win..EASY.

Seriously.. or a Wolverine fan still bitter.. I'm obviously a biased homer in this instance, but I don't see a problem with this since the kids left and the money was turned over to youth football.

Personally, I don't see a problem with what they were doing in the first place, but the NCAA has (dumb) rules and all..

Nobody's really surprised with this are they? Bucks had an illegal on the field on their last championship game... guess coach wanted to his bases by having two this time around??
No worries though nut nation... sure this will be swept under the rug as well for them to win another tainted championship... Tressel's SOP.

They'll be fine. They called.. found out it wasn't cool for them to be there and left. If the NCAA finds any fault in that, then I will personally kick Miles Brand in the nuts.

I cannot believe this. Shouldn't the first question raised be "Can we do this?" Who else can play RB besides Mo Wells? I know Anderson Russell was a RB recruit, but he is out for the season & was switched to safety anyway. Would we use our fullbacks? This sucks.
