Honestly, he doesn't appear to be the same coach as he was in year's past. I don't see him spitting on people, grabbing player's facemasks and yelling at them, or coaching with any vigor at all. If his heart is not in it, he does the Steelers no good anyway. I heard their OC Wisenhunt (who was being recruited for many head coaching jobs in the off season) is being groomed as Cowher's successor.
