When former Ohio State linebacker Mike Mitchell announced he was leaving the football team in January, many people speculated his brother, Mickey, wouldn't be far behind.

Much like his brother, Mickey is a freak athlete. Unlike Mike, Mickey is a top 15 small forward in the 2015 class, ranked highly even after suffering a severe knee injury before his sophomore year.

The shoe never seemingly dropped with Mitchell, as he even posed for an "O-H-I-O" picture with fellow Ohio State commits Austin Grandstaff, Daniel Giddens and A.J. Harris at the LeBron James Skills Academy in July.

Tonight, however, Mickey severed ties with Ohio State and reopened his commitment.

Best of luck to him as he continues his search for a better fit.
