Jim Harbaugh, the Savior of Michigan Football©, was hired last month to much ado. And rightfully so, Michigan hired a man whose career triumph was a loss to his little brother in the Super Bowl. Men like that — especially Michigan Men — don't just fall out of the sky.

Since then, however, the only things of note Harbaugh's done are hire a staff (which includes his 25 year-old son), play the piccolo, and flip commits from powerhouses like Texas and UCONN.

And while this latest anecdote didn't involve Jim Harbaugh directly, it still was another setback for his regime.

Greg Mattison, former Michigan DC since demoted to Michigan DL coach who by all accounts an excellent recruiter, was in the house of Daishon Neal, a Nebraska commit, last night. Let's see how it went down:

 Yikes.

As Baumgarder later noted: Michigan can't comment on this because schools can't publicly comment on unsigned recruits, so we only have one side of the story.

Will any context stop me from laughing while I sip this tea? No.
